Join us to explore what makes us feel that we belong, how we assimilate in new places and what happens when we don’t belong. As part of our ‘wandering’ phase, we have been thinking about the stories in our collection of Jewish people who came to Manchester, how they attempted to assimilate and foster a sense of belonging. We are making links with contemporary stories of migration to Manchester with the Jewish and non-Jewish communities though this innovative arts festival.

There’s comedy, theatre, music, storytelling, foodie films and visual art to choose from!

Festival Special 4 events for the price of 3! This ticket is for Good Appetite, Immigrant Diaries, My Jerusalem and Songs of Arrival. This ticket is available by clicking on any of the 4 events.
