If you would like to try cooking from home you can download the recipe here!

Join Theatre Chef Leo Burtin on the eve of Purim for an online culinary journey through our archives, where stories come alive through taste and you can join in from home.

Cook your dish in advance using our recipe and together taste the dishes inspired by the stories in our archive as Leo tells you of the personal histories and lives behind each meal. By sitting together (online), making together, and eating together, we will learn of the power of food as a way of rediscovering our past and sharing our own stories, as we taste the past, together.

A must for foodies who love stories as a side order.

This appetiser event is part of our Trailblazer Season and is a “taster” of our Eat The Archives project which will continue over the summer to create theatrical dining experiences like no other.

This event is Pay What You Feel. Your support means we can continue to connect Jewish stories, culture and traditions to the world & our society when we reopen in 2021. Together we can make a change.
