And How We Belong

A new creative arts project with Odd Theatre and RADEQUAL

Are you Jewish, live in Manchester and have an interest in using theatre & art to explore ourselves and the world around us?

Odd Arts are looking for Jewish participants for a new exciting theatre & arts project starting in January 2022.

They would like to work with any adults who are interested in using theatre & art to explore the themes of identity, community and belonging.

Within the workshops you’ll take part in teamwork, games, discussion, role play, character development, storylines and work towards a performance or creative response. Everyone involved will receive an ASDAN in Expressive Arts as part of the project.

Following the first 6 weeks workshops, everyone involved will be invited to a further 6 sessions to collaborate with another Manchester Faith and Culture group to create a new piece of the theatre.

The workshops last 90 minutes and are open to anyone over the age of 18 who identifies as Jewish. They will take place from 6pm every Thursday from 20 January to 24 February 2022.

Sessions are free and refreshments and travel expenses will be provided.
