Would you like to become a Museum Foodie? Our Foodies Group meet regularly to talk, cook and eat food inspired by stories from our collection.
This month as we lead up to Passover we’ll be focusing on all things flatbread! From Matzah to Jewish-Yemeni flat bread Malawach.
We will be joined by theatre chef Leo Burtin (host of our Eat the Archives project) live from his kitchen who will be making his own twist on flatbread. This is a chance to make cultural connections with all kinds of flatbread around the world from Naan, Tortilla, Injera and beyond.
If you enjoy stories as a side order to you dinner, this is the group for you. (Anyone welcome, no cooking experience needed!)
