Redeye-The Photography Network Meeting- with Speaker Percy Dean
Redeye- The Photography Network We are delighted to welcome Percy Dean for the first Redeye network meeting of 2012. Percy will be speaking about his project, Clouds of Glory.

 

The Orthodox Jewish community of Prestwich on the outskirts of Manchester is the second largest in the UK. Percy Dean's time with this community produced a body of work that addresses their balance between place and culture. Clouds of Glory was exhibited at The Brighton Photo Fringe festival in 2010, The Orange Photography festival, (Changsha, Hunan Province China) 2010, The Peoples History Museum of Manchester in 2011 and at Look 11, Liverpool International Photography Festival also in 2011.
