All group visits must be booked in advance (note: the maximum number of primary school pupils is 40). Book a session here.
The group leader would be welcome to arrange a pre-visit to the museum if required.
If your group is late please let us know as soon as you can using the contact details above.
For children visiting the museum we ask for a minimum of a 1:10 ratio of adults to children.
You are more than welcome to take photographs during your visit, in fact we encourage it!

Free parking for cars and coaches outside the Museum between 10.00am and 4.00 pm.
Shop & Goody Bags
We sell souvenirs for young people (pencils, rubbers, Jewish themed toys) along with learning resources that are ideal for teachers to use in follow-up lessons.
If you don't have time to visit our Museum shop or want to keep life simple we offer a pre-booked goody bag service find out more here.
At present there is nowhere to eat or drink inside the Museum. We do have a pleasant garden for visitors to eat, drink and relax in, weather permitting!
Special Needs & Disabled Access
We are experienced in dealing with groups with special needs or individual students. Please inform us if there are students who require extra support in any way. The Museum has an audio guide for the visually impaired. There is wheelchair access to the ground floor of the Museum via a ramp at the left hand side door. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access to the permanent gallery.
You must give more than one weeks notice to cancel a confirmed booking. If you do not cancel within this time frame you will be charged a Â£50 cancellation fee.
